ABOUT DR. DAN SHERSTAD

Dr. Dan Sherstad is a prophetic minister to the nations with a special grace for leading people into a understanding of the reality of kingdom of God, the loving Lordship of Jesus Christ, and the tangible anointed presence of the Holy Spirit.​

Pastor Dan is a 4th generational preacher. He has been ministering full-time since 1984, pastoring churches in the Northeast and Midwest USA, traveling world-wide holding crusades, preaching at pastor’s conferences, teaching in world-renowned Bible colleges, and ministering on Christian and secular radio and television around the world with signs and wonders confirming the truth of God's Word, glorifying the Son of God, Jesus Christ.

Dr. Dan has a uniquely rich heritage in South Africa, where his grandfather started 70 churches. Dr. Dan was born-again at age 7 and was baptized in the Holy Spirit at age 12. At the age of 17, he felt the call of God into full-time ministry and attended Seattle Bible College. Dr. Dan was ordained into the ministry in December of 1986. On September 9, 2018 Dr. Dan and Dr. Sue were awarded Honorary Doctorate Degrees in Humanities by the United Graduate College and Seminary International. Dr. Dan has hosted television and radio shows from secular and religious platforms since 1990 that have been broadcasted world-wide and from local community media hubs, including “Discovering Destiny”, “Winning in Life”, and “Praise the Lord”.

Dr. Dan married his wife Dr. Sue on November 21, who works alongside him in home life and ministry. Dr. Sue was born and raised in Dixon, IL. She was born-again and filled with the Holy Spirit in 1984 at the age of 29. She was faithfully serving as part of a worship team in a small church that was literally in the middle of a corn field. The Lord spoke to her heart, and said, “If you will be faithful to where I have planted you, I will bring your husband to you.” God divinely orchestrated circumstances that caused Dr. Dan to show up all the way from New York City to a church that was in a town of 250 people. On a Sunday morning, 15 minutes before Dr. Dan showed up, some people on the worship team said to Sue, “Wouldn’t it be funny if the next person God brought to be the pastor of this church was single and you married him.” Well, the rest is history. This is one of the reasons that Dr. Dan & Sue are huge believers in great moments of “Destiny!”

They are the proud parents of two daughters, Danielle and Sarah, and currently live in Southern CA.
